Blogging: The Core And The Internet Marketing Basics.

Since I started blogging, I couldn’t imagine on how much I learned about Internet Marketing. Because of it, I learn the other field of making money online and other benefits that I gain now.

I am not that successful on the internet. I didn’t make huge income online like what other blogging gurus claiming themselves as Internet Millionaires. But what I can share to you is the things that a blogger will gain if he/she pursue blogging.

1. Writing Skills.

Whether you are a native English speaker or not, writing is still one of our weaknesses. More likely to those who are not native English language users. But as you do blogging, you will develop the skills of writing and deliver your thoughts through your writings.

2. Keyboard Typing Skills.

As type pass by in your blogging career, you will gain the fast keyboard typing skills. I started using computer with only basic knowledge in me. As long as I know how to turn on and off the computer and know the basic operation of Microsoft Word, I dive in to use computer. But because I often do typing on my keyboard at times that I will write a new article for my blog, I familiarized the keyboard keys and came the time that I don’t need to look on the keyboard locating the letters.

3. Technical Skills.

When I started to use computer, I don’t have any idea on how a website is created. I don’t even know the name of the website address or URL was called a domain name that a website need to be hosted and I don’t even know the markup language. But because of blogging, I learn anything I need to learn.

From buying a domain name and hosting to sitting up a wordpress blog in various methods using various softwares. I learned how to read html, do photoshop and troubleshoot minor errors on my wordpress based website.

4. Socialization.

When you do blogging, having conversations with your readers or audience is necessary. Using the blog commenting feature, you can answer your readers’ comment and feedback about your website or about the content you have shared to them.

Because of blogging, I learn the importance of making relationships to your audiences and make them not just your fans nor readers but as your real friends in the virtual world of the internet.

5. Make Money Online Ideas.

When I first ask myself if the internet can be a good medium to make money, I stumble upon in many websites extracting various money making information but from all the choice I witness, I decided to do blogging since it is not too complicated to manage.

Many have said that you can make money from blogging and I am one of those who agree to this fact. But not all bloggers are granted to make money using their blogs. In my case and situation, I made my first 100 dollars through affiliate marketing which I promote a product using my blog.

Other successful bloggers use to monetized their blogs using sponsored reviews, banner ad space advertising and affiliate marketing. But aiming to have a huge name in the blogging industry is not for everyone because this requires various factors and one of those is the mindset of being successful.

My Final Words.

It all started to blogging and now, though I am not making that much in my blog, I learned many things about the internet which lead me to make money online using the skills I learned that all started from blogging.

Today, I am making money online in a monthly basis where I was hired as a virtual assistant, accepting online services such as article writing, link building, blogging, and others. And one of my favorite marketplace is Fiverr. Where members are willing to do anything for $5.
